Lauren has worked at Alliance Films, eOne Entertainment, Rogers Communications, and Focus Features. She has overseen digital marketing campaigns for hundreds of entertainment properties, ranging from blockbuster mega-hits like The Hunger Games to indie darlings like The King’s Speech and Darkest Hour. In 2015 Lauren was named one of Marketing Magazine’s 30 Under 30 and in 2018 the digital campaign she led for Won’t You Be My Neighbor won a Shorty Web Award for a Multi-Platform Campaign.

With a Bachelor’s Degree in Media Information and Technoculture from Western University and an Ontario Graduate Certificate in Fashion Management and Promotions from Humber College, Becky has acquired a strong attention to detail and a love for collaborating with others. After gaining relevant professional experience at companies such as WedLuxe Magazine and Milli LTD, Becky decided to take some time to gain unforgettable life experiences by traveling. While she knows a thing or two about financial statements and managerial accounting, she made a splash expressing her creativity through digital marketing. She has previously worked with retail brands, including Shoppers Drug Mart, spearheaded the marketing launch of a successful documentary film, and has a handle on designing engaging content at the drop of a hat. Her creative thinking and hardworking personality push her daily to excel in her role as Marketing Coordinator at Tylite Digital.

Being a swiss army knife of marketing, Chloe brings a variety of skills to the Tylite Digital team. To date, Chloe has worked on smaller teams which have provided her the opportunity to grow as a multifaceted marketer with skills spanning the digital marketing space. Some of these skills include organic social media management, influencer marketing, and most notably, paid media. Blending her creativity with her analytic skills, Chloe has a talent for developing and managing strategic, innovative media plans that drive results. When she's not behind her desk, you can find Chloe cruising around on her longboard, creating unique dishes from scratch in the kitchen (you need to try her miso date chickpea squares), or getting crafty (making jewellery, sewing a thrift-flip, silversmithing, restoring old furniture - you name it, Chloe's probably tried it!). In addition, Sydney has an innate talent for building long-lasting relationships through community outreach. With her personable demeanour, she cultivates grassroots partnerships that open new avenues of opportunity for our clients. Sydney brings a fresh perspective to each of her projects. Her ability to think outside the box and infuse creativity into every detail allows Tylite to create unique and memorable brand experiences that resonate with audiences and leave a lasting impact.

Aimee’s passion for all things creative has taken her everywhere. As a former band member with a love for music, she entered the music industry as a marketing intern. After developing a (manageable) escape room addiction, they took on the social media for their favourite one, where they developed and executed the creative strategy and expanded its reach to new audiences. As a lover of live entertainment and events, she also stepped into an assistant entertainment manager role overseeing everything from concerts to media buys and assisting the marketing team with event promotions. It was only natural that their love of film and TV would lead them to Tylite Digital, where Aimee now coordinates organic and paid media under their amazing team. When she’s not helping bring creative campaigns to life, you can find her diving into other cultures, watching films of all genres and languages, or losing her voice at karaoke.
