Lauren is an award-winning marketer, who has over 10 years’ experience in the entertainment industry in Toronto, Los Angeles, and New York. Lauren has worked at Alliance Films, eOne Entertainment, Rogers Communications, and Focus Features. She has overseen digital marketing campaigns for hundreds of entertainment properties, ranging from blockbuster mega-hits like The Hunger Games to indie darlings like The King’s Speech and Darkest Hour. In 2015 Lauren was named one of Marketing Magazine’s 30 Under 30 and in 2018 the digital campaign she led for Won’t You Be My Neighbor won a Shorty Web Award for a Multi-Platform Campaign.

Hannah graduated from McGill University in Sociology. While earning her degree, Hannah spent time at a wide range of companies and even ran her own business teaching kids to swim during the summer. Through her entrepreneurial endeavors and her various roles, Hannah honed her creative, time management and problem-solving skills which she gets to put to good use as Manager of Digital Media and Creative. A true “Jane of all trades” Hannah functions as many things at Tylite Digital including a graphic designer, media planner and buyer, copywriter and web developer. Yes, you read that right — combining her technical and artistic skills Hannah brought this website to life from beginning to end! ​

As a graduate of the Ivey Business School at Western University, Rachel was thrown into the business deep end. While she knows a thing or two about financial statements and managerial accounting, she made a splash expressing her creativity through digital marketing. She has previously worked with retail brands, including Shoppers Drug Mart, spearheaded the marketing launch of a successful documentary film, and has a handle on designing engaging content at the drop of a hat. Her creative thinking and hardworking personality push her daily to excel in her role as Marketing Coordinator at Tylite Digital.

SYDNEY RICHARDSON

Working at Tylite Digital allows Sydney to combine her passion for film & television with her degree in Media, Information, Technoculture (MIT) from The University of Western Ontario. Holding previous roles at BMW Group and eOne, Sydney has worked on consumer marketing campaigns comprised of  planning launch/sales events and building media plans, which has allowed her to develop both her creative and analytical skills. Sydney is a master at designing social content and skillful at writing copy that demands the reader’s attention. Her passion for the TV and film properties she works on really shines though in her no stone unturned approach to digital grassroots and community outreach efforts.
