TYLITE DIGITAL is looking for a Manager of Influencer Partnerships to join our team in Toronto. We are looking for someone to oversee and manage our influencer strategy, campaigns, and events. This role will also provide support for media relations and partnerships.
You will be responsible for managing multiple client accounts, which will include fully developing and executing influencer programs that align with the client’s marketing goals and objectives. Campaigns will range from multi-influencer paid campaigns to influencer gifting, as well as virtual and live events.

Therefore, our ideal candidate is a creative, performance-driven thinker with a deep understanding of the Canadian influencer industry. As we are a small team, it’s imperative that you are a self-starter and take ownership and initiative in everything you do. 



  • Manage relationships with social media influencers and partners

  • Create and manage influencer database, including discovering and fostering new talent and relationships 

  • Proactively stay up to date with digital and social trends, monitoring competitors and digital influencer activity across social content and channels

  • Foster and execute influencer partnerships – project-based and long term

  • Manage influencer activations from outreach to negotiation, to agreement execution

  • Provide guidance and feedback to influencers to ensure content is best in class and aligns with the client’s objectives

  • Monitor social media coverage and create reports that highlight campaign results and/or other KPIs

  • Lead logistics and creative pitching on influencer/media drops & gifting

  • Pitch creative event ideas and execute in-market influencer events (live & virtual)


Qualifications and Experience:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in PR/influencer marketing

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Marketing, or Communications preferred

  • Experience creating and executing influencer campaigns that successfully met the campaign’s objectives

  • Passion and a strong understanding of social media and the Canadian influencer industry (Instagram, TikTok, Youtube)

  • Experience with event production (virtual and/or live) is an asset

  • Ability to make good judgments regarding brand fit and engagement

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Detail-oriented

  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and work under tight deadlines

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Highly motivated and team-oriented 

  • A positive, get-it-done attitude and energetic presence
