Tylite Digital is a boutique agency that specializes in digital and social marketing for the entertainment industry. We strive to create comprehensive and holistic campaigns for film and television properties, beginning in production, that elevate awareness and engage audiences throughout their lifecycle. 


Tylite was founded in August 2018 and in just two short years we have worked on nearly a hundred entertainment properties ranging from independent Canadian films to large scale studio releases. Most notably, we oversaw the marketing campaign in Canada for the 2019 Academy Award-winning film Parasite.


Our services include digital strategy development, content ideation and creation, social media management, copywriting, influencer campaigns, email marketing, digital media planning & buying, digital PR, and event management.  


What We Are Looking For


Tylite Digital is looking for a  media buyer with direct experience launching, optimizing and scaling digital media campaigns across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Google, Youtube, and programmatic platforms. You must be well-versed in SEO, display, video, social, and mobile. You understand the ever-changing digital media landscape, always stay on top of the latest trends and bring both small and big ideas to our marketing strategies.


You will be responsible for simultaneously managing multiple client accounts which will include creating, setting and launching campaigns. Daily analysis to optimize ad performance will be required in addition to uncovering macro-level insights that will directly inform the overall marketing strategy.


The ideal candidate is extremely passionate about entertainment and marketing- constantly thinking of creative new ideas. You value integrity and are performance-driven; you take ownership and show initiative in everything you do.


Job Requirements and Duties

  • Manage and execute client media campaigns  across  various social and digital platforms  (Programmatic, Facebook, Instagram, Google, Youtube)

  • Perform regular analysis and optimization of campaigns

  • Maintain constant oversight of performance against targets and optimize as necessary to maximize desired KPIs

  • Produce campaign reports that clearly define results in a meaningful way that will help impact future campaigns; numbers are important, but the extraction of key insights and areas to improve upon for future campaigns is critical

  • Effectively manage client budgets that can often change even after the campaign has begun 

  • Build and maintain partnerships with our clients and platform partners



  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 1-3 years of hands-on media buying experience on either the client or agency side

  • Direct experience with Facebook, Instagram, Google, Youtube and programmatic platforms

  • Experience in social media management and developing strategies with video optimization and YouTube is a must

  • Knowledge and experience with web site conversion metrics, including CPM, CTR, CTL, CPC, CPA

  • Experience leading successful social campaigns and reporting on social metrics

  • You are  a team player, performance-driven, want to take on a high level of responsibility, and work in a high paced, high-growth environment

  • You are well organized, pay attention to details and have strong planning and project management skills 

  • Copy and creative writing experience is a strong asset
